Avocado and tomato on Gluten Free CroissantsOur  Croissants are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, corn-free, nut-free and soy-free.   Oh, you think they won’t be as delicate as the real McCoy?   Well you’re right.  Its not everyday that a gluten-free, dairy free, and egg free Croissants pops on the market and matches the exact same texture and taste as the buttery traditional croissant.  BUT nonetheless, our recipe is tried, true and tested over and over.   Actually our Croissants have been a very popular item in our bakery.   So give them a try and if you like them, we’d love to give you a 10% off coupon for leaving us a review on our website.
BEST APPROACH TO PREPARING GLUTEN FREE THINGS CROISSANTS
So when you’re ready to make your ham and cheese sandwich, or a veggie delight with awesome condiment, here’s what we recommend for the best results:
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.  Place your rack in the middle or a slot above the middle.
While the oven is heating up go ahead and slice your Croissants rolls horizontally.   If you are going to use butter, we recommend the following steps BEFORE you add butter.
Bring out the full flavor and add a bit of crisp, by putting the open face Croissants on a cookie sheet and pop in the oven to toast for 4 to 5 minutes.   Watch your croissants so they don’t over toast, or get burnt, depending on your altitude and the behavioral issues of your oven.   If you were going to add butter, now would be a good time.
Now, add luncheon meats and cheese or avocado, tomato, spinach and/or lettuce, condiments or whatever you love most in a sandwich.
Serve and enjoy!  We’ve placed a buy box below if you want to order croissants now.   Or just visit the official shopping page here: Croissants
