Pita Bread: Cut pitas into 8 wedge shaped slices. Separate each to make 16 wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder. Bake in a 350 oven on a cookie sheet until toasty. Serve with your favorite humus dip.
Hamburger Buns – Toast and slather with peanut butter and jelly and cut into finger sandwiches.
Hotdog Buns – Spread with butter and top with mozzarella cheese or goat cheese until melted. Warm in the oven and cut into finger size pieces.
White French Loaf: Slice loaf into 1″ slices. Beat 2 eggs, add 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar. Melt butter in a skillet. Dip the bread slices in the sweetened egg mixture, drain slightly and grill on the skillet until golden brown on each side. Cut into finger sized pieces with a toothpick in each and drizzle with maple syrup for delicious french toast.
