Gluten Free Things Hours of Operation

Customers, Vendors and Friends of Gluten Free Things:

2019 has been a great year here at
Gluten Free Things!

We’ve grown our gluten-free & vegan products business through dedication, hard work, many hours in the bakery and listening to the wants and needs of our valued customers.  As our loyal fans know, Gluten Free Things is producing some of the best gluten-free and vegan breads and treats on the market today.

Our COLORADO based dedicated bakery serves a growing demand for quality gluten-free vegan products, not only for consumers but also our wholesale business (restaurants, cafes, caterers, dessert shops, pizza shops and more) Though based in Colorado, we fulfill orders for customers from coast to coast.

WHOOPS!

On September 1st 2019, while out recreating with friends, I hit a bit of a hypothetical speed bump that will impact my presence in the bakery for a temporary period of time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

I had an accident and broke my left ankle pretty badly, to the point where I need to have surgery, which is scheduled this week. Obviously, my leg will be in a cast for an extended period of time,  which is unavoidable.

RETAIL BAKERY WILL BE CLOSED WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY THIS WEEK, SEPTEMBER 11th and 12th.

In addition to the above scheduled closing, please recognize that throughout the month of September, BAKERY HOURS MAY BE SOMEWHAT ERRATIC.

I fully intend to continue pursuit of our goals to operate the bakery and produce premium Gluten Free Things products, meeting the needs of our commercial customers and consumers with as much intent as possible.  Reality dictates that it won’t be possible to maintain the same bakery hours you are accustomed to, at least for several weeks in September.

I recommend that customers plan ahead.   If you’re planning a visit to Gluten Free Things bakery, please call or text before embarking on your trip to our location in Arvada, CO to verify if the bakery is going to be open. (303 668 1663).   Some days I will need to leave and go home to elevate my leg and get some rest, but as healing goes, it depends on pain level and my body’s ability to recover.

Please call or text the bakery anytime, rain or shine, to make sure we are open during the timeframe you plan to stop in.

I’m facing an  8 to 10 week recovery. As we advance through the coming weeks, I’ll be able to spend more and more time at the bakery and less time resting.

I apologize for this situation and regret any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for the many well wishes, your continued business and friendship.

In the meantime, we will continue to post updates on social media accounts as to the general status of this unfortunate hiccup.

Please Like us on Facebook or follow Gluten Free Things on Instagram. Subscribe to our blog to receive insightful articles, new product releases, coupons, upcoming sales and money-saving tips that will stretch your gluten-free budget further.

Thank you for your understanding during this unplanned bump in the road.

Sincerely,

John Irvin, Founder & COO
