Create Cool Summer Desserts Using Our Gluten Free Vegan Cookie Dough
RECIPE IDEA: Press Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough into a pie dish and crimp the top. Par Bake in a preheated 350 F degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow the crust to cool. Meanwhile, prepare a vanilla pudding mix such as Vegan Creamy Vanilla Pudding by Vivian’s Live Again (4pk Dairy Free Soy Free Gluten Free). Whatever vanilla pudding you like most will be complimentary to bananas.
Slice 3 bananas into 1/4″ or 1/2″ disks. Line the bottom of the Oatmeal Raisin Dough Pie Crust with one layer of banana slices, add a layer of prepared pudding, add more banana slices and layer in more pudding. Chill in the refrigerator for one hour and you’ll have a happy crowd to enjoy this COOL SUMMER DESSERT.
