Yes. Gluten Free Things products are gluten-free and vegan. Our recipes do not contain dairy or eggs, allowing customers following a vegan diet to enjoy delicious breads, treats and baking mixes.

Gluten Free Things products are made without gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and corn. Because individual allergies can be serious, customers should review the ingredient information on each product before purchasing.

We offer a variety of gluten-free vegan products, including sandwich bread, French bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, hoagie rolls, English muffins, pita bread, pizza crusts, graham crackers, cookies, edible cookie dough, cupcakes and cakes.  Our breads are specially developed to provide the satisfying taste and texture customers miss after going gluten-free. We focus on creating soft, flavorful bread that can be enjoyed for sandwiches, toast, hamburgers, hot dogs and everyday meals—even by family members who are not gluten-free.

Our bread contains no added preservatives, so proper storage is important. Keep the bread tightly sealed and store it according to the instructions on its package. Leaving the loaf unsliced can help it retain freshness longer. If you will not use the bread soon, freeze it in a sealed freezer-safe bag and remove individual slices as needed.

We ship eligible products to customers throughout the lower 48 states. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Some delicate products, including cakes and cupcakes, are not available for shipping and must be picked up at our Arvada bakery. 

For cakes and larger cupcake orders, you can order conveniently in our online store in advance,  and during checkout,  indicate your preferred date for pickup.  Check our store hours.

Yes. Customers can order all products through our online store and use a shipping zip code beginning with “80” to enable our “free bakery pickup” option during regular business hours.  

Local customers in the Arvada and Denver metropolitan area can also order selected products through DoorDash for delivery or takeout.

Yes. Our gluten-free vegan cakes and cupcakes are available for preorder and customer pickup at our Arvada bakery.

Cakes and large cupcake orders should generally be placed at least two to three days in advance. Cupcakes may also be available for walk-in purchases, but due to popularity, availability is not guaranteed.
