Recipe for Stuffed Multi-Colored Peppers using Gluten Free Things Bread Crumbs Made in a Dedicated Facility.

Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Start by cutting the 4 Multi Colored Peppers in half longwise. Cut out the seeds and the white flesh of the pepper to dispose. In a large bowl, add the lean ground beef and additional ingredients.
- 4 Multi Colored Peppers (halved)
- 2 lbs of lean ground beef
- 4-6 oz Pork Sausage
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup GFT brand breadcrumbs
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup tomato or spaghetti sauce
- 1 TB horseradish
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano or Italian Seasoning
- 1 – 2 tsp no salt seasoning
- 2-3 eggs Mix well.
Mound meat mixture into the pepper boats and place into a shallow baking pan. Place in preheated oven 40 minutes. When you remove the peppers from the oven, be sure to use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature of the meat stuffed peppers to 140 degrees F, or cut one in half to check all meat is cooked. If done, remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
