RECIPE FOR GLUTEN FREE VEGAN WAFFLES, PANCAKES & ITALIAN PIZZELLES
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Gluten Free Things Waffle & Pancake Mix
1/2 Cup Silk Vanilla Almond Milk (or your favorite nut milk)
1 tsp vanilla
2 TBS of Coconut Oil melted and slightly cooled.
Recipe Yield:  1 full griddle Gluten Free Waffle

MIXING DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Combine waffle mix, milk, vanilla and coconut oil in a mixing bowl and blend with a whisk.
  2. Place the waffle mixture onto a waffle iron and cook normally.   When you think its done, give it another 15 to 30 seconds, especially if you prefer crispier waffles.
  3. Use utensil to remove the waffle from the waffle iron, place onto plate.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or Log Cabin Maple Syrup or your favorite jam.

If you desire to make non-vegan waffles, just add one egg to the bowl with whole milk and whisk together until blended.  Then add the waffle mix and vanilla and whisk until there are no dry particles left.
