May is Celiac Awareness Month. This special focus on celiac disease raises more than awareness according to the Celiac Disease Foundation. Each year, in honor of May Celiac Disease Awareness Month, an overwhelming amount of support comes from those who are aligned with the long-standing mission to educate, advocate, and accelerate research for celiac disease.
Celiac Disease is a different chronic issue than gluten-intolerance, but are both thought to be similar in their association with modern GMO wheat. Glyphosate by Monsanto (now Bayer) is injected in the genetically modified organism to make resistant to pests, and the same poison is sprayed on crops to make it easier to harvest. TOXICITY in the human body is the same.
